Philosophy
I have a deep commitment to normalizing mental health care. I strive to reduce the stigma surrounding seeking help. I advocate for early intervention and encourage individuals, families, and children to reach out for support, emphasizing that one should not wait until a crisis occurs to finally seek help. Clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma will find a welcoming and healing experience with me. I feel that clients of all ages and populations can benefit from asking for help. Meeting clients where they are and working with them through what they are struggling with can create encouragement and progression.
I believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. Prioritizing mental health is imperative to quality of life. I enjoy working with diverse populations and am passionate about collaborating with them. I use a blend of Solution Focus, CBT, play therapy, and trauma focused approaches to best help my clients.
