Community Connection

HBC offers groups in a variety therapeutic topics. Groups are offered periodically through out the year. Check with your clinician about joining a group.

Men's Solutions Group

This is a Men's group centered around personal development, fellowship, and support. Topics pertaining to men and specific men's issues will be discussed every week.

Starting: 1/21/25 @ 10:30 am- 12pm

Length: Every other Sunday

Price per session: $20.00

Ethical Non-Monogamy Group

This group is specifically designed around ENM relationships. In the group expect to learn about boundaries and agreements, communication, and skill building.

Hair-Apy

Are you a stylist, barber, esthetician, massage therapy, tattoo artist? Hair-Apy benefits those in the service industry that at times are relied on as armchair counselors. We understand the mental stress this has on you as an artists and that without training you can feel drained or at a loss for how to help. This event is here to help navigate those difficult conversations, give skills to combat burn out, and create a healthy salon/shop culture.

Starting: March 27th at 7pm

Length: 1.5 hours
